We encourage distributors to stock tools so they can quickly respond to their customer’s requests for demos. We will also assist distributors with demo units where appropriate. If a unit is ordered for demo please note the following practices: DEMO POLICY FOR TOOLS AND MACHINES • A formal PO must be submitted with a signed demo agreement. • Demo time period is 21 days from invoice date. • All demo tools must be returned in the same working condition they were shipped in. • Any damages to tools or machines will be assessed when returned and any labor or parts required to bring the product back to working condition will be harged at current market prices and deducted from the original invoice. Drop Shipments We will be happy to drop ship orders under your company name with no additional shipment charge. Freight Prices are F.O.B. Mill, freight collect. If requested, we will prepay freight charges and add them to your invoice. Warranty Standard warranties, which cover manufacturing defects only, are as follows: Arch Type Strapping Machines ........... 30 days labor, 2 year parts Non Arch Type Strapping Machines ... 30 days labor, 1 year parts Manual Tools . ................................... 30 days labor, 90 days parts Power Tools......................................... 180 days labor, 1 year parts Strapping Systems...............................................Custom Warranty *All warranties are from the date of the invoice Handling Charges Orders shipped UPS and overnight express require additional packaging and handling, and will be assessed a handling charge.
