(Cannot include freight costs). Non-stock special orders require MOQ - contact customer service. Non-Stock Products We encourage you to call on us for specialty products not on our price list. We can supply you with non-stock sizes and colors of strapping, specialty tools for steel and plastic strapping, and machines for special applications. Non-stock products are usually subject to minimum quantities. Please contact Customer Service for details. Packaging STRAPPING Packaging and skid configurations are noted in the catalog for each individual strapping item we supply. ACCESSORY PRODUCTS Many accessory products are available in several alternative case packs. Packaging alternatives on all accessories are noted for each item on the price list. Private Labeling We will be happy to private label cartons with your company name and reorder information. Private labeling is subject to certain minimum sales requirements and surcharges. Product Use Before using, the user should determine the suitability of the strapping or the machinery for its intended use. All technical information and recommendations supplied by PAC Strapping Products are based on information we believe to be reliable. However, the accuracy or completeness is not guaranteed. Accordingly, PAC Strapping Product’s obligation is limited to replacement of products that prove to be defective. Quantity Discounts Itemsmay be combinedwith similar items for maximumquantity discounts, e.g., buckles, seals, edge protectors and steel seals may be combined when ordered in full skid quantities only. Returns Your satisfaction with our products is our primary goal. If, for any reason, you have a return, simply call Customer Service for a merchandise return authorization number. Returns are subject to a minimum 15% restocking charge. Certain items, such as non-stock specialty items, and items over one year old, are not returnable for credit. Service and Repairs We service and stock parts for all PAC model tools and machines. Repairs done beyond the warranty period will be billed at our prevailing rate. If you need a cost estimate on a repair, please let us know and we will provide an estimate, free of charge, before proceeding with the repair. In the event of a distributor made repair during the warranty period, please contact Customer Service so we can authorize a warranty credit. We will also repair, limited to parts availability, competitive tools for stocking distributors. In most cases, repaired tools are returned to you within seven days.
